At the same time, budgetary pressure placed upon civic organisations of all denominations requires much more to be done with less. In this section we investigate the challenges being faced by the public sector organisations in these straitened times and discover where technologies such as artificial intelligence, language processing, video analytics, machine learning and robotics are delivering improved outcomes for all.
