Idea management firm Sideways 6, for example, is integrating its own platform with Teams to help staff share their ideas about the workplace and business. So far, it has helped large organisations such as British Airways, Nestlé and Oxfam to collect, manage and act on employee ideas, insight and feedback. Retailers are also leveraging the solution to meet customer expectations and future-proof their places in the market. The new H&M Mitte Garten in Berlin, Germany uses Microsoft Teams to empower store assistants with customer insights to improve the retail experience. In government, the US Air Force is updating its IT systems with help from Microsoft. It will implement Microsoft 365, Teams and the cloud to improve scalability, cloud DID YOU KNOW? As of March 2020, Microsoft Teams has over 44 million daily users. This figure has doubled since November 2019 and is expected to rise further as firms look to find new ways to collaborate in the face of Covid-19.
