Portuguese-Spanish transboundary water management cooperation
Rui Rodrigues is a leading technical and scientific expert in the Portuguese
water resources community. He is currently engaged in the new institutional
water resources management model in the Portuguese Environmental Agency
framework. He holds a PhD in Water Resources and is Associate Professor at the
Superior Institute for Education and Sciences (ISEC), lecturing and coordinating
the classes of Water Resources and Extreme Phenomena in River Basin
